Søren Mose -Partner - CEO
During a long career Søren Mose has gained a vast experience within NDT and welding and has obtained international recognized certification relevant to all services Mose Technology offers.
Mose's present level of certification and experience is based on an education both as an electromechanic and an airplane technician.
Throughout the many years, Mose has added several NDT & Welding related courses in order to improve his level of knowledge.
Tommy Hansen Fabricius - COO - Operations Manager West
Tommy Fabricius our operations manager, have through several years within the NDT business gathered a large amount of experience. He has obtained said experience through his work as NDT Inspector within a long range of industries (oil and gas, wind power, food, pharmaceutical and construction).
Fabricius is certified Level 2 NDT Inspector within MT, ET, UT, PT and VT (RVT). Furthermore, he has a 3-year professional welding education, which makes way for his fundamental and broad knowledge of welding.
Per Holm - Operations Manager East
Per Holm is the Operations Manager for Mose Technology's department in Zealand. With 38 years of experience in the NDT industry and an impressive international career, Per contributes to strengthening our position as a frontrunner in NDT and welding technology. His Level II certifications and extensive expertise from major projects in the pharmaceutical industry, power plants, and refineries make him a strong leader and specialist in managing complex tasks.

Kim Hansen – Welding Technology Department
Kim Hansen is responsible for our welding technology department and is based at Mose Technology’s office in Ringsted. With a strong professional background in welding technology and certification, Kim brings valuable expertise to our team.
In close collaboration with Weldadvice, Kim supports our customers with welding certification, procedure testing, and consultancy. His experience and dedication ensure efficient solutions and high quality in all welding tasks.

Martin Christensen - CQO
Martin Christensen has many years of experience in quality management, inspection, and NDT. He has previously worked as a Lead Auditor at FORCE Technology, Department Manager at Kiwa Inspecta, and NDT Level III at Nordisk Svejse Kontrol. With a strong professional background in welding technology, inspection methods, and quality auditing, he has built solid expertise in ensuring high standards across various industries.
His experience includes working with quality management systems, ISO standards, supplier control, and Root Cause Analysis. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of material control and the inspection of welded products, particularly within the wind energy sector. Martin is a key part of Mose Technology, contributing to the strengthening and development of our quality systems.
