NDT Level 3 Services

TOFD
TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) is an advanced ultrasonic inspection method used to detect and characterize defects in materials and welds. This technique utilizes the diffraction of ultrasonic waves to identify flaws with high precision and is renowned for its speed and reliability.
Eddy Current Inspection
This method can be used for production inspection, but is mostly used for in-service inspection of both magnetic and non-magnetic materials.
Radiographic inspection
Radiographic inspection (RT) is an effective method for identifying defects and irregularities in materials and welds. Using advanced imaging technology, we perform precise inspections that ensure high quality and reliability.
Dye Penetrant Inspection
Can be used on both ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials but only for defects open to the surface.

Welding supervision provided by us ensures that all processes are monitored and documented as agreed.
Document Control
We have a long and substantial experience within reviewing and handling of documents.
Hardness Test
Our tests are done with mobile equipment and our results can be measured in Vickers, Brinell and Rockwell.
Welding Certification

PMI - Positive Material Identification
PMI analysis is a fast and accurate method for verifying the chemical composition of materials. We perform non-destructive onsite testing of metals and alloys, including stainless steel such as 316 and 304, to ensure compliance with standards.
Ultrasonic Inspection

Phased Array
Industrial phased array ultrasonic inspection is a highly advanced method used to identify defects and irregularities in materials, components, and welds.. By utilizing ultrasonic waves with steerable and focused beams, it enables precise imaging of internal structures
Magnetic Particle Inspection
Only ferromagnetic materials can be examined and only for defects open to the surface or just below.
Visual Inspection
We offer general inspection of various structures and internal inspection of welds in pipe material.
Infrared Thermographic Inspection
This type of inspection is often used as part of the maintenance system for switchboards, electrical motors, circuit breakers and other electrical components.

Surface Roughness Test
We offer surface roughness test, which is done by means of portable equipment. The result of the surface roughness can be printed on-site.
